STEM stands for learning in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths. Last year, Patrickswell National School was awarded the Plaque of Excellence for STEM teaching and learning. This year we are delighted to announce that @PatrickswellNS has achieved a SFI Discover Science and Maths Award for the 2019/2020 academic year-we will receive both our Badge&Plaque of Excellence in the coming weeks. A big thank you to all the children, staff and especially Ms Brennan! The programme focuses on increasing awareness and excitement about Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) among pupils, teachers and parents.
