Impact on our Local Environment Hands On Investigation
Mr. Bulfin’s Class researched the impact of our actions on our local environment and ways that we can help minimise this impact on the environment. In order to encourage our school to be more environmentally friendly in our local community the children of Mr. Bulfin’s class created a video full of helpful tips. They went around the school recording clips on the ipad and compiled these clips to make a video using Keynote.

Team Limerick Clean Up
Then in March, we cleaned up our local community. We went out with our high-vis, pickers and plastic bags and picked up rubbish in the area. We worked in partnership with Team Limerick Clean Up to look after our local environment. We were delighted to be able to get involved and do our bit just before we had to close the school for lock down.
